So I was thinking earlier about how down Karkat has seemed in the latest update, and also plans to jump off the meteor and go on Meenah’s ghost crusade.
And then I realized.
He’s entering the dream bubbles with no real way to actually get out. (It’s been stated several times it’s quite difficult to break out and into of dream bubbles.)
And dream bubbles are the afterlife.
